Local AI Desktop Pet

A desktop pet that notices more than clicks.

AIPET combines a small animated companion with Gemma 3 running locally and real desktop context, so its reactions can reflect your presence, gestures, active apps, and focus.

Most virtual pets wait for you to open a window and press a button. Most AI assistants wait for a prompt. AIPET is built as an ambient companion: it lives on the desktop, notices supported signals around your work, and responds without trying to become the center of attention.

Local language intelligence with real context

Gemma 3 runs on your Mac and receives a structured view of available context—not a constant cloud stream. That can include whether you are present, a recognized gesture, the active application, recent focus signals, and the companion's latest conversation.

A pet with something real to react to

AIPET can change animation, show a short bubble, or speak when enabled. Its reactions are grounded in detected events and recent context rather than generated at random.

Presence, gestures, and focus

The local recognition engine can track owner presence, supported hand gestures, faces, objects, and selected behaviors. Focus tracking adds active-app context and timelines that help the pet reflect how a work session is unfolding.

Designed to keep personal context close

Webcam analysis, voice processing, recognition, focus context, and Gemma 3 responses are designed to happen on your Mac. Online services remain part of purchase, activation, downloads, and updates. This makes AIPET local-first without pretending the entire product has no network operations.
